On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed, along with an open-plan living room and kitchen, ideal for spending time together. The semi-basement level features another bedroom with a king-size bed, and on this floor the property also provides a washing machine for guests’ convenience.
Other Details to Note
The tap water on the island is not drinkable. Drinking water is available from a public tap located outside the property, on the main road. The villa is equipped with a 160-liter solar water heater, which can also be heated using electric power when needed. The swimming pool operates during specific hours, and children must use the pool under parental supervision at all times.
