Georgias Villa is fantastic. It’s a beautifully designed house with a private pool and multiple outdoor spaces. It’s in a small village about 15 minute drive from chora which was great for us to have some peace and quiet at night cause the main town/ the chora can get very busy and loud. It is best to have a car for this house. But if you do, it’s a great location. Great sunsets from the second floor balcony!

Everything was wonderful. The house was perfect for a small family, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend this place.

10/10. We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed for 5 nights and didn’t ever want to leave. The villa is beautiful- excellent bathrooms and showers, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, spotless clean everywhere! We loved the 2 balcony’s (one is more of a rooftop deck, large, amazing sunset views) but especially loved the pool. Lounge chairs and umbrella on the pool deck. Everything was so thoughtfully decorated, and carefully designed to ensure a comfortable stay. Panos was AMAZING. Very kind, helpful and friendly. Check in and check out were so easy and Panos helped us with anything we needed without being overly involved. We couldn’t have asked for a more spectacular stay. 10/10, it was hard to leave. Thank you Panos for such an unforgettable week on Naxos.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this villa in Naxos. Panos, the host, was amazing — kind, responsive, and attentive to every need. Any time we had a request, he arrived immediately with a warm smile. The villa was cleaned thoroughly every three to four days, which made our long stay especially comfortable. The towels, sheets, and blankets are high-end and added a touch of luxury to the stay.
The layout of the villa is very thoughtfully designed. There are three showers and three restrooms, so even with a group or family, it never feels crowded. The air-conditioning works beautifully in every room, including the kitchen and living room, which made a huge difference during the warm summer days. The villa is located on a high point in Naxos, so you get the benefit of the wonderful island breeze — sitting outside was always pleasant and relaxing.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa! I booked it last minute, and Panos, the host was so accommodating and kind, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for my arrival. The villa itself was stunning, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The outdoor areas were a dream, with breathtaking views and a lovely pool to unwind by. The host was always available to assist with any questions and made me feel truly welcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommended!

Un superbe séjour au sein de la Villa Kalliope.
La localisation un peu excentrée de la ville principale (Chora) nous permet d'être dans un environnement calme au coeur de la campagne tout en restant facile d'accès en voiture (10 min).
Les photos et la description sont parfaitement conformes. Très belle villa avec toutes les commodités.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Panos qui nous a partagé quelques recommandations pour profiter au maximum de l'île. Arrivée et départ flexibles.
Panos est un hôte très accueillant qui nous a offert de belles attentions tout au long de notre séjour.

Très bel endroit. La maison correspond en tout point à la description. Et Panos est très disponible. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et la maison est parfaite avec sa piscine. Si. Nous revenons ds la région nous n’hésiterons pas à louer cette maison.

We spent a wonderful three days in this beautiful apartment with private pool. What stood out the most from our stay was how attentive and helpful Panos, the host was. On arrival he greeted us, stayed to answer questions and sent us a list of places to visit and eat. Every time I wrote with a question he responded quickly and came over once or twice to bring us things that we were lacking. During our stay there was a festival and he wrote to let us know that he hoped we wouldn't be disturbed by the all night music. We weren't. The house was really soundproof. He then brought us local cheesecakes the next day. He was more than an airbnb host, really personable.
We would recommend staying here with a car, or other form of transport, as it is a little way out from the city. But it's a perfect compromise as the drive in to most places was about 15-20 minutes and you then come back to a quiet, peaceful home. There are balconies on the premises and we enjoyed sitting there at night. Thanks!
